The Future of Leadership Starts Here.

About the IWPP Experience

About the IWPP Experience

About the IWPP Experience

IWPP is a culturally grounded, professionally rigorous development program created specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women navigating Western, corporate, mining, government, and male‑dominated workplaces.

It recognises a simple truth:

Indigenous women already hold deep leadership capability — the challenge is being supported, seen, and valued in systems that were not designed with us in mind.

IWPP bridges this gap by strengthening:

  • confidence and self‑belief
  • professional identity and presence
  • communication and relationship‑building
  • career navigation and decision‑making
  • cultural safety, pride, and integrity at work
