I'm a proud Torres Strait Islander woman born and raised in the Pilbara, WA. I spent 18 years in the mining and resources sector - a world built on systems, compliance, and getting things done. I was great at it.
However, like so many Indigenous women in corporate spaces, I learned to navigate two worlds. To translate myself. To lead while carrying the weight of being the only one in the room.
That's why I founded ZIMCO. Because women don't lack talent - they lack access to the tools, spaces, and confidence to own their power.
