Indigenous Women's Professional Power (IWPP)

The Indigenous Women’s Professional Power (IWPP) Program is an empowering Indigenous leadership program designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in developing their confidence, capability, and influence within professional and corporate environments, all while honoring their culture, identity, and values.

The Future of Leadership Starts Here.

About the IWPP Experience

About the IWPP Experience

About the IWPP Experience

The IWPP program is a culturally grounded and professionally rigorous development initiative designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women navigating Western, corporate, mining, government, and male-dominated workplaces. This Indigenous leadership program recognizes a simple truth: Indigenous women already possess deep leadership capability — the challenge lies in being supported, seen, and valued within systems that were not designed with us in mind. The IWPP program bridges this gap by strengthening confidence and self-belief, enhancing professional identity and presence, improving communication and relationship-building, facilitating career navigation and decision-making, and fostering cultural safety, pride, and integrity at work as part of professional development for Indigenous women.

Why IWPP is Different

About the IWPP Experience

Why IWPP is Different

The IWPP program is:

Designed by an Indigenous woman, for Indigenous women

Grounded in lived experience across corporate, mining, and major projects

Strength‑based, not deficit‑focused

Culturally safe, while still professionally challenging

Focused on long‑term growth, not quick fixes

This is not a generic leadership training.

It is an Indigenous leadership program that is identity‑affirming and future‑focused, aimed at providing professional development for Indigenous women.
